Soracha supports senior leaders, and those identified as having high potential for senior leadership, and is a dynamic, intuitive, and engaging coach, trainer and facilitator. She leverages her psychological knowledge and understanding of human behaviour and emotional intelligence to help clients identify the core of the issues at hand and focus them on a path towards achieving personal, professional and collaborative aims. With her academic and scientific background as well as her therapeutic and coaching experience, Soracha tends to combine the arts of coaching, training and facilitating with meditative practices such as Mindfulness, and with pragmatic and practical evidence-based and solution-focused approaches.

Soracha holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology, and an MBA from Cranfield. She lectures in Psychology, Leadership, Organisational Behaviour & Mindfulness.

On her days away from city life, you will find her living her dream: hill-walking and hiking with her Australian Kelpie in the wilds of the Welsh mountains, or hard at work building her mountain-side dream home.
