Sarah’s career spanned working within corporate HR roles across various industries (Retail, Aviation, Oil and Gas, Financial Markets, Professional Services and the Public Sector). This was achieved in companies such as The National Health Services (NHS), Specsavers, Prudential, Exxon, Fidessa, AQA, British Airways and many more.

Sarah’s own passion includes helping teams and individuals understand and develop their own unique capabilities and strengths. When people realise and develop their strengths they are happier, more engaged and more likely to achieve their goals, benefiting teams, relationships and organisations. Sarah draws on these insights to help clients develop Emotional Intelligence and manage their own emotions (and those around) in order to constructively overcome challenges and have the greatest chance of success.

By understanding how thoughts, feelings and behaviour interact to create people actions, Sarah develops initiatives which enable clients to refine how they attract, assess, retain and develop talent in ever the competitive and demanding business world. True success in winning the ‘war on talent’ can only be realised when companies know who to develop, how to growth potential and learn how to adapt as a business, anticipating challenges and opportunities before the rest of the market.
