Ros is a Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years experience of applying her knowledge as a Business Psychologist to help maximise the value of an organisation’s investment in their human capital. She has worked across a range of private and public sector organisations but has particular experience in the financial, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries.

Ros specialises in helping organisations to manage their talent and in coaching leaders to develop the skills they need to deliver on their strategic objectives and plans, but her consultancy work also includes design and delivery of assessment processes and partnering with organisations to develop leadership workshops. Some of her coaching assignments are linked to organisational development programmes but she also coaches individuals who have recognised that they would benefit from an external perspective on their current style and approach. In this process, she uses a wide range of psychometric instruments (e.g. the Hogan Development survey to identify leadership de-railers) to raise self-awareness and identify ways in which they can be even more effective.

Prior to moving into consultancy in 1992, she headed the Business Psychology Group at BT where she was involved in the selection and development of people at all levels within the business. This was a time of rapid change for the company, and she believes that this experience added to her commercial awareness and understanding of the pressures faced by organisations.
