She moved into coaching in 2014 following a commercial career which includes board-level operational and leadership experience, with P&L responsibility within a multi-million technology PLC. Preeta is also an entrepreneur who established, grew and sold a successful business.

This diverse leadership and commercial experience coupled with psychological insight, reflective learning and career experiences, allows Preeta to empathise and understand clients’ real-world practical experience and emotional response. Her creative interventions enable individuals and teams to raise awareness of their situation and its challenges; to work through presented and under-the-surface issues; and to achieve significant outcomes for themselves and their organisation.

Preeta is enthusiastic about facilitating positive change that enhances individual, team and organisational success. She believes wholeheartedly that it’s how people get along with other’s and how they are perceived by others, that determine if objectives are met and goals achieved.

Preeta has coached clients at all stages of the leadership pathway from talented high-potentials to C-Suite Executives. Her team interventions have ranged from junior sales teams to global senior leadership teams. Using experience gained as the only female director on an all-male board Preeta relishes enabling women to accelerate their leadership presence and impact. Being of mixed heritage Preeta brings understanding and sensitivity to diversity issues. Preeta also enjoys sharing her expansive knowledge in Board Advisory roles.
