An experienced executive coach and organisational psychologist, Merroney has delivered contracts for a wide variety of industries, both within the private and public sector, as well as internationally. Including being employed by the Government of Abu Dhabi to provide leadership development interventions to senior leaders within the organisation. Her experience covered coaching engagements as well as design and delivery of leadership training programmes.
Returning to the UK in 2012, she has been working for several independent organisations delivering psychometric selection and development assessments for C-level clients.
Her most recent work includes the delivery of developmental coaching to Manchester Business School MBA students.
Using a solutions-focused approach, typical client themes include:

Merroney works together with the coachee to establish key developmental needs, facilitating clarity over:

-leading more effectively through others – building skills and capabilities to communicate more effectively, to engage and motivate through powerful conversations, and increase the ability of others to take initiative and lead in their own right.

BA Psychology
BPS Level A and B Training in Occupational Testing, Accredited to test Psychometrics including: Hogan – HPI, HDS, MVPI, Saville WAVE, OPQ, 16PF, NEO-PI-3
