Lesley is an experienced and impactful facilitator, coach and trainer. She has been working as a consultant in leadership development for over 25 years. She works equally comfortably and skilfully in small or large group workshops, development centres and one-to-one coaching. Lesley has a reputation for creating a stimulating and safe learning environment; balancing challenge with humour, and using inquiry to promote insight and understanding.

Two beliefs underpin Lesley’s work. First, that leadership lies in relationship not a role. Secondly, that as leaders we build those relationships one conversation at a time. Her commitment is therefore to support leaders as they consider the quality of the conversations they are having around the organisation every day.

After starting her career in development with a consultant occupational psychologist specialising in recruitment and career planning, Lesley spent three years at the Industrial Society as a Management Adviser specialising in talent management. Before becoming an independent consultant in 2000, Lesley spent ten years at Roffey Park Institute as Director of Open Programmes and a member of the executive leadership team. Lesley has worked on the design and delivery of leadership development programmes for a wide range of organisations both in the UK and internationally.

• SPCP accredited mediator.
• Certificate in Organisational Gestalt from Metanoia (London)
• She is a qualified user of MBTI, Firo B and Hogan Personality Inventory.
