Deborah is a Chartered Psychologist, Coaching Psychologist, MBTI practitioner and experienced corporate executive. Deborah leverages her psychological knowledge, expertise in psychometric profiling and commercial experience to optimise corporate and individual performance and well-being and enable people to be the very best they can be independently and collectively.  Deborah was formerly a UK Management Board Executive of an international media company, with joint responsibility for £70m turnover business: developing and implementing corporate & HR strategies, identifying and managing new business and corporate acquisitions and leading a division of over 100 employees

Deborah works with multinational organisations, entrepreneurs, professional service firms, professional membership bodies and public authorities to develop management and leadership capability. She has delivered hundreds of hours of individual and team coaching and facilitation. She has been asked to assist organisations on the development of coaching cultures, the design and delivery of coaching training and the design and supervision of external coaching services.

Deborah’s coaching is positive and pragmatic and always customised to the client, context and desired outcomes. Deborah has a talent for adapting to get the best out of others; with a warm, optimistic and inquisitive style she quickly establishes rapport and effective working relationships. She always shares and explains the coaching process rather than shrouding it in mystery: encouraging clients to think widely, to reflect on their performance and situation, to engage with different hypotheses and solutions, to find the motivation to change and aspire to greater things. Deborah has a passion for working with strengths and potential.

Deborah has the breadth and depth of experience to call upon on a number of theoretical and coaching frameworks, facilitation techniques, psychometric and feedback tools. Using these Deborah helps client identify the few changes that will make the most difference. Clients report greater clarity and motivation for the journey ahead as well as a greater appreciation of the complexity of the situation.

BSc Psychology (1st class)

Chartered Occupational Psychologist (BPS, CHPC)

Deborah is a BPS Registered Test User, qualified and highly experienced in occupational testing and licensed to use over a dozen psychometric instruments including Hogan Suite, MBTI Steps I & II, OPQ32, NEO, Strengthscope and Firo-B.
