Successful experience in managing businesses in terms of performance, financial planning, stakeholder partnerships and governance.
Her business experience includes working: as an active Non Executive Director (Derbyshire Health United a health care provider/ social enterprise); Independent Chair for a divisional contract area; Independent chair of multi disciplinary boards and executive teams since 2010; Member of National and regional executive boards since 2009 across sectors; Experienced and excellent communicator including as a motivational speaker at national conferences, regional seminars and to local groups since 1995.
Christine now works as a coach and mentor placing high value on sustainable outcomes. Her clients cover a wide range of sectors – private sector, national agencies, local government, public sector, sports and health and universities.
She contributed to three national coaching and mentoring programmes – District Council Network, Society of Local Authority Chief Executives and National Cultural Forum – Leading Learning Programme over a period of 7 years. As a visiting Fellow at Nottingham Trent University (Business school) – Christine contributed to their MBA programme with strategic leadership modules.
Qualifications: Qualified ILM Level 7 Executive coach and mentor (diploma). Qualified in Neuro Linquistic Programming since 2002 with a mastery coaching qualification in 2012 (accredited to Association for Coaching –diploma level). Associate Member – European Mentoring and Coaching Council and Association for Coaching.
