Peter is an executive coach who specialises in coaching leaders through role and organisational transitions. He coaches senior leaders including CEOs across a range of sectors and is known by his clients as bringing a shift in mindset to meet the complex people based problems of onboarding to new positions of responsibility and of leading organisations engaged in rapid change. He facilitates leaders to be: consciously aware of their values and sense of identity; agile in their leadership repertoire to enhance impact and innovative in reconfiguring core strengths to create new success strategies.

Peter has 16 years’ international executive coaching experience working across sectors, countries and seniority levels from divisional managers, three star military to CEOs. An experienced executive education lecturer he teaches across 8 top global business schools and has designed and delivered talent development programmes with RBS, Barclays Corporate, Mott MacDonald and the UN, etc. in addition to teaching over 7,000 business professionals. Formerly Careers Director of a top European business school he has extensive experience of supporting managers during role transitions.

His early career involved leading 500 assessment/development centres; and the provision of talent management consultancy services to corporates. He has worked with global fortune 500 companies and has an organisational change background in management consultancy to FTSE 100 companies with financial insurance & petrochemical sector backgrounds.

Ethics & Supervision: Peter follows the ethical codes of the European Mentoring Coaching Council, BPS, CDI (UK) & HCPC. He has received personal leadership coaching from the Deputy MD for PDI Ninth House amongst others and actively participates in ongoing supervision.

Public Roles: An active supporter of the UK career coaching industry as a former co-Chair of the Association of Career Professionals International ACPi UK, Executive Member of Career Professional Alliance (representing 7,500 members in the UK reporting to the UK Government) and Founding Director of the Career Development Institute.
