Peter is a board and executive coach who specialises in coaching leaders through transitions.
He coaches senior leaders including CEOs across a range of sectors and is known by his clients as bringing a shift in mindset to meet the complex people based problems of onboarding to new positions and of leading organisations engaged in change. Bindi is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Registered Psychologist with 16 years consultancy experience. Prior to working as an associate with Career Synergy, Bindi was a Managing Psychologist with Pearn Kandola where she was responsible for managing large consultancy projects and maintaining effective client relationships. Before this she worked for CSA Management Consultants in an occupational psychologist consultancy role.
Bindi has worked internationally and has developed expertise in the areas of assessment and selection, developing people, and managing diversity. She has a breadth of experience from job analysis, designing competency frameworks, assessing and selecting people at all levels, designing assessment solutions and exercises, coaching, development centre design and facilitation, career development, and diversity training and design. She is viewed as an effective facilitator and trainer, particularly in the areas of assessment, development and diversity.

Dr. Mark Horney has more than two decades of diverse business experience including roles in the investment banking, healthcare, media, and non-profit sectors. He has managed executive learning programs and leads a team that provides coaching and professional development training to Columbia Business School’s Alumni and Executive MBA program. Kirstin specialises in organisational change. She is a qualified occupational psychologist and has over 20 years experience working in fast-paced, complex global organisations. Stephanie is a Chartered Business Psychologist and has been working in the private and public sector for the past 14 years. She worked in assessment and development departments within the airline industry, retail and banking, where she gained a range of skills and experiences that provided a solid foundation for her to move in to the arena of consultancy. Since then, she has worked across the public, private and voluntary sector at all levels, specialising in Assessment and Selection, Development, Executive Coaching and assessor training. As a preferred consultant for two major Government Directorates, Radhika provides very active and involved support as a Senior Diversity Advisor and Senior Assessor as part of a recruitment and development team, often running workshops from the perspective of the delegate, the assessors and the organisation.
Her main focus and specialist area is working with people to support their development and provide structure to aspirations for current and future leaders, helping to explore, challenge and empower them to enhance their own potential in a safe environment. Neil is an executive coach with Career Synergy drawing upon his professional training as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and 25 years management consultancy experience helping major organisations in the UK, Western and Eastern Europe, Middle and Far East, and Africa to improve their organisational effectiveness.
After a brief period in the oil industry, Neil started his career with BT, spending 8 years in the internal consultancy group during the company’s transformation from public to private ownership. At BT Neil was involved in redesigning many of the organisation’s HR processes, which provided a valuable grounding for his subsequent work in assessment and development, and change management. Neil went on to join SHL Group plc, where he became a Practice Leader, responsible for leading complex projects in the full range of client organisations, from charities to banks, public sector organisations to luxury hotel groups, pharmaceutical conglomerates and global electronics manufacturers.
Neil left SHL in 2002 to focus on two particular areas of work – senior executive development and coaching, and organisational development. Over the past decade he has worked on the design and delivery of a wide range of executive development and coaching programmes, from worldwide leadership development initiatives to individual coaching of senior executives. These have varied from bespoke one-off development programmes (for example, for Sony Playstation) to long-term coaching programmes such as the global UN Inter-Agency Leadership Development programme where he has worked with Peter.
In parallel with his work on executive coaching Neil works on major change programmes with the UK Police Service, including the restructuring of national counter-terrorism capability following the London attacks of 7/7, and the development of the UK national cybercrime strategy.
Jo is an executive career coach with Career Synergy and is a qualified Psychologist with over 25 years business experience covering commercial management, business education and consultancy.
Jo started her business career in retail management, working for House of Fraser and then Debenhams in commercial and project management roles. She went on to teach first at Oxford Brookes Business School, and then Surrey University School of Management. During this time she focused her research in business psychology, undertaking studies into women’s career progression in organisations, transformational leadership and personal / organisational values.
Jo left academia to work for SHL in their consultancy division delivering assessment and development assignments to a wide range of client organizations including Astra Zeneca, American Express, Barclays, DVLA and HM Customs and Excise. Jo’s largest project was as a Lead Facilitator for an Organisational Change programme.
Jo moved on from SHL in 2003, to focus on organisational development projects such as the development of a positive action programme for female and ethnic minority employees, the facilitation of senior management strategy development, as well as executive development and coaching. Jo creates a positive attitude to change, encouraging receptivity to working in new ways and strengthening existing skills.

His coaching experience spans twenty years and he has coached and consulted with executives in thirty two countries, around the world. As a consequence, he has gained an in depth understanding of the challenges facing leaders and expatriates in achieving successful outcomes in this globalised world. He has experienced expatriate life in seven countries.
Apart from his English first language, Christopher is fluent in French, Italian and Dutch and has a good command of Spanish. He also has some knowledge of Russian and Polish.
Having spent much of his early career as an assessment expert and outplacement Psychologist. Christopher joined the Centre for Creative Leadership in Brussels as an Adjunct Faculty Member in Coaching & Facilitation. Here he underwent extensive training and ongoing supervision in executive coaching and worked with many of the world's major corporations. In 2005 he became part of the Visiting Faculty at the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre in Fontainebleau and Abu Dhabi.
He works with senior executive and board members from all corners of the globe. He also provides, group and one-to-one coaching and facilitation in this role. Typically programmes he is involved with include; the TGM (Transition to General Management), AMP (Advanced Management Programme), Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) and various Board level and Customised programmes.
