Career Change: Voluntary or Forced?
_There are two likely reasons why you have arrived here.
Either you have outgrown your current role and are seeking a better environment to advance your career.
Or a less positive force is driving you away from your job.
Rationally we know that: no job role is for life, restructures are inevitable and we can't expect every new boss to share our vision ...but it can hurt to let go.
Your Leadership Development
_Aiding you to navigate the complexities of the organisational environment, strong personalities and pursuing your change agenda. Engaging others to perform is a Head, Hearts & Guts challenge.
“One day your life will flash before your eyes. Make sure it’s worth watching.”
“You’re braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem,
and smarter than you think.”
"There's no scarcity of opportunity to make a living at what you love; there's only scarcity of resolve to make it happen."

Martin Bursik, CEO at Bursico s.r.o.
Peter´s team of consultants provided me with an ultimate set of information to get most out of my career. It helped me significantly to learn about myself and my career objectives. Thanks to Peter´s methodology and practical use of the tools learned, I am able to follow my career dreams and proceed further than I ever imagined before. I wish Peter all the best in his career.”
Adam Campbell, Partner Telos Partners
“My career advice sessions with Peter were incredibly useful and thought provoking. In just two sessions, his effective coaching style left me thinking over some important questions. The result, a step-change in my career path and a more fulfilling worklife. His light-touch coaching style was an effective foil for my default approach to life!”
Rob Whitehead, Policy Strategist, UK Government
“I had a two-part epiphany courtesy of Peter Fennah. First, the gut-wrenching process of facing up to the truth of my long-term aspirations in the first gruelling interview with Peter Fennah. I was left no option than to be brutally honest about what I wanted to achieve. For me this concluded with drawing a picture of the City Hall and Tower Bridge in London as part of my realisation that London government / Olympic bid was where I wanted to be. I now work in the shadow of Tower Bridge, at the London Development Agency, and cross the bridge regularly for meetings at City Hall.”
Chris Gatman, Company Director
“Peter is totally focused upon the needs of his client and will always go the extra mile to ensure you have gained the maximum benefit possible from his advice and support. His training sessions are thought provoking and are designed to encourage self awareness and personal growth leading to identification and exploration of your own, often subconscious areas of opportunity.”
